Seal files response to Heidi Klum’s divorce petition.

Just four days after Heidi Klum filed divorce papers , Seal filed his own papers on Tuesday to end their nearly seven-year marriage and is seeking joint physical custody of the four children, including daughter Leni, who is from his wife's previous relationship.

The Project Runway host, Heidi Klum requested primary physical custody of their children, Seal has requested joint legal custody of Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.

Heidi claims there is a postnuptial agreement,  But in Seal's papers, he claims there are "community and quasi-community assets"

According to TMZ, Klum, host of the hit reality show "Project Runway," is worth an estimated $70 million compared to Seal’s $15 million.

Heidi is asking the judge to reject any claim for spousal support from Seal. She is and not making such demands herself.

Seal is also asking the judge to reject any claims by Heidi for spousal support.

Cameron Diaz enjoys a Hawaiian Vacation

Cameron Diaz was arrived in Kauai, Hawaii on Saturday (April 7) for the holiday weekend. This weekend relaxation comes just a month before the release of the Miss Diaz's newest film, "What To Expect When You're Expecting."

The comedy is based on five different  couples. They  are all going through the ups and downs of having a baby and end up coming to the same conclusion. Kirk Jones directed the film. Jennifer Lopez, Dennis Quaid and Elizabeth Banks also act in this movie. It will release on May 18.

Heidi Klum divorces Seal.

The 38-year-old supermodel Heidi Klum has filed for divorce from Seal, two-and-a-half months after the pair announced their separation. The couple announced together that their separation was a mutual decision at the time of separation.

Klum cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce petition filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. According to documents filed by Heidi's lawyer, the couple signed a pre-nuptial agreement when they tied the knot in 2005 detailing how they would split their assets. Klum wishes to live primarily with Leni, 7½, Henry, 6½, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2, but with ample visitation and joint legal rights for Seal.
In legal paper, Klum's married name was Heidi Samuel and Seal’s name was Henry Samuel. Klum is asking to restore her maiden name, Klum, which she used professionally.

the couple said "While we enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching, we have decided to separate,".

They also said "We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart."
The couple wed in Mexico in 2005. The came in the headlines when both gradually stopped wearing wedding rings.

Gary Ross Won’t Direct The Hunger Games’ Sequel

Gary Ross reportedly exits the massively successful “The Hunger Games” franchise. Ross gave his notice to Lionsgate and won’t be helming “Catching Fire,” the second chapter in the Katniss Everdeen saga. Negotiations amid Lionsgate and the 55-year-old director have not officially  been closed. Ross and Lionsgate were finalizing contracts, but according to The Playlist, the director is not looking to repeat himself. He wants to pursue other projects.Ross is going to make a film based on an original script of his own.

Now there is a question who should direct  “Catching Fire”?  

Tila Tequila leaves rehab after completing a month of counselling.

Reality star Tila Tequila has been released from rehab after 30 days. She was hospitalized last months after an apparent breakdown that nearly resulted in her killing herself. Tequila source said "She has fully recovered, and is currently spending time with her closest family and friends," 

"She is the healthiest she's ever been and wants to thank all of her fans for their undying support while she was battling through some hard times."

 In early March, Tila was hospitalized for her substance abuse and psychological issues

George Zimmerman’s father: Trayvon Martin threatened to kill my son

The father of George Zimmerman says Trayvon Martin threatened to kill his son on the night of Martin's fatal shooting. Robert Zimmerman claimed his son George was being brutally beaten and threatened before he shot dead Travyon Martin. Robert Zimmerman told Orlando station WOFL TV that his son had no choice but to kill Trayvon or risk being beaten to death.

 He claimed that Martin beat his son for over a minute and told him something along the lines of, "You're going to die tonight."

"He continued to beat George. At some point, George pulled his pistol ... and what he did."

"He was punched in the nose. His nose was broken," He also said “"He was knocked to the concrete. Trayvon Martin got on top of him and started beating him."

He said just after the George Zimmerman surveillance video, taken at police headquarters the night of Martin's killing, was released.

The video shows His hands cuffed, Zimmerman does not appear to have substantial injuries.

Benjamin Crump, a lawyer for Trayvon's parents, said "This certainly doesn't look like a man who told police only an hour or so earlier he suffered a broken nose and had his head repeatedly smashed into the sidewalk.

Camille Grammer ready to wed again

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star,Camille Grammer, is talking about marryingher Greek boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos. The 43-year-old Camille began dating the 35-year-old bankruptcy lawyer after her divorce to her last husband

'Camille is the happiest she has been in years and she says Dimitri is one of the reasons why,' a source close to the couple told Radar Online. 'Dimitri loves and respects Camille very much and encourages her in all of her business ventures. "Camille doesn't regret doing the show, but it definitely took its toll on her,She is happy to have her life back, and not be under that microscope anymore. Camille is very busy with her two children and her boyfriend, and she wants to produce a television series. She is going to be just fine." the source added.

The sources are sure about one thing, "there is no way Camille will ever take participate in another reality show."
