'American Bandstand' host Dick Clark has died

Dick Clark, the ever-youthful television host and tireless entrepreneur ,has died. He was 82.

A rep confirms that he suffered the "massive" heart attack following the procedure, and attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.

Clark's health had been declining ever since he suffered a major stroke in 2004, forcing him to retire from his hosting at New Years' Rockin' Eve.

He continued performing even after the stroke, even though it had affected his ability to speak and walk.

He was a powerful producer who changed the way we listened to pop music with American Bandstand in the '50s and '60s.

In addition, he also hosted a bunch of game shows  like "Pyramid," "Scattergories," "The Challengers," and many more.

He is famous as "the world's oldest teenager" because of his boyish appearance.

Dick also battled Type 2 Diabetes, is survived by his current wife, Kari Wigton, and three adult children from his two previous marriages.

Actress Angelina Jolie named special UN refugee envoy

After a decade of promoting refugee causes around the world, Angelina Jolie herself has been promoted.

The UN refugee agency has promoted Jolie from being a goodwill ambassador to a special envoy, a role that will see her represent the organization at the diplomatic level to governments and diplomats.

It is the first time the U.N. Refugee agency has named a special envoy, said UN spokesman Adrian Edwards. Elsewhere in the global body such posts are usually reserved for career diplomats or retired politicians.

"Her work does go substantially beyond what we would typically see as being the normal role of a goodwill ambassador," Edwards told reporters in Geneva. "I don't think you need a rocket scientist to see the benefits that she is bringing in terms of the attention that she is getting for the plight of the world's displaced."

Jolie has already served more than 10 years on behalf of the organization, making high-profile visits to refugee camps in Iraq, Haiti and Pakistan, among other places.

Jolie has also given large personal donations to the organization. She has donated at least $5 million for its life-saving operations, Edwards said.  Noting that she won't receive any money for her role. "There is to my knowledge absolutely no connection between any donation of money and this role."

Jolie’s new position will focus on the complex crises that result in the mass displacement of people, such as in Afghanistan and Somalia. In addition, on special occasions she will represent the U.N.‘s High Commissioner for Refugees, Antonio Guterres.

Edward said "That can mean conveying messages to governments. It can mean conveying messages to other people and partners that we work with,".

UNHCR works to help almost 35 million refugees and internally displaced people around the world. It has become one of the world’s most prominent humanitarian organizations.

The actress Demi Moore has reactivated her Twitter account after a three-month break from the social media site. But she Still uses her "@mrskutcher" handle five months after splitting from  Ashton Kutcher.

Ashton Kutcher is reportedly dating Mila Kunis. They played a couple on the sitcom "That 70's Show." Now report says that they are dating in real life.

Ashton was recently linked to singer Rihanna, although the romance was never confirmed. Mila also dated Macaulay Culkin for eight years but they split in 2010.

Anthony and Lopez met a few weeks ago to discuss their separation, Anthony tried to reconcile. But she decided that the marriage should end and she already started a serious relationship with dancer Casper Smart. He was hurt by her decision. He apparently had no idea that her relationship with Casper had become so serious.

Marc Anthony has finally filed for divorce from Jennifer Lopez, citing "irreconcilable differences" for the split. Anthony filed his petition on Monday to end the marriage, which he filed under his real name Marco Muniz.

He is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's 4-year-old twins Emme and Max.

It is Anthony's second marriage. Lopez had been married twice before. Marc was previously married to former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres, while Lopez was married to Ojani Noa and Cris Judd.

According to Us Weekly, Lopez  has begun a relationship with backup dancer Casper Smart, 24 and Anthony began dating Venezuelan model Shannon De Lima, also 24, in January.

They worked together on "Q'Viva! The Chosen", tied the knot on June 5, 2004 in a secret ceremony at her Beverly Hills home. 

Seal files response to Heidi Klum’s divorce petition.

Just four days after Heidi Klum filed divorce papers , Seal filed his own papers on Tuesday to end their nearly seven-year marriage and is seeking joint physical custody of the four children, including daughter Leni, who is from his wife's previous relationship.

The Project Runway host, Heidi Klum requested primary physical custody of their children, Seal has requested joint legal custody of Leni, 7, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2.

Heidi claims there is a postnuptial agreement,  But in Seal's papers, he claims there are "community and quasi-community assets"

According to TMZ, Klum, host of the hit reality show "Project Runway," is worth an estimated $70 million compared to Seal’s $15 million.

Heidi is asking the judge to reject any claim for spousal support from Seal. She is and not making such demands herself.

Seal is also asking the judge to reject any claims by Heidi for spousal support.

Lindsay Lohan Will Ask Detectives to Investigate Battery Accuser.

Lindsay Lohan and her attorney, Shawn Holley, will ask detectives to investigate the woman accusing Lindsay of battering her. They also ask investigate her for filing a false police report.

 The woman filed a report with the sheriff accusing Lohan of battery. But Lindsay insists she was at home Thursday night watching "Homeland."

Lohan lawyer Shawn Holley and Lohan will visit the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department's West Hollywood substation to ask detectives to consider a false report charge against the accuser.  There is not a single photo of Lindsay inside or outside the Standard Hotel on Thursday night, and that is highly suspicious.

Lohan attorney Shawn Holley said "If it's true that someone made false accusations against Ms. Lohan and reported those false claims to police, we will take appropriate action -- which includes seeking the prosecution of that individual."

Emma Roberts and Glee star Chord Overstreet are back together. The cute couple are back on after breaking up two months ago. They were first linked at the Coachella Music Festival in 2011. After nine months of dating, they split in January.

Woman says Lindsay Lohan confronted her at Los Angeles nightclub

A woman has filed a report with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department that claims some kind of a l altercation with Lindsay Lohan at a LA night club on Saturday night.

The unidentified woman filed an incident report Saturday night with the West Hollywood Sheriff's Department. Police in Los Angeles are investigating a woman's claim.

She claims that when she talked to a male friend of Lohan's at the nightclub, Lohan became upset and confronted her Thursday night.

Lohan's representative says the statements are not true. “ Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever. This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame.” Lohan's representative, Steve Honig said.

Cameron Diaz enjoys a Hawaiian Vacation

Cameron Diaz was arrived in Kauai, Hawaii on Saturday (April 7) for the holiday weekend. This weekend relaxation comes just a month before the release of the Miss Diaz's newest film, "What To Expect When You're Expecting."

The comedy is based on five different  couples. They  are all going through the ups and downs of having a baby and end up coming to the same conclusion. Kirk Jones directed the film. Jennifer Lopez, Dennis Quaid and Elizabeth Banks also act in this movie. It will release on May 18.

CBS News legend Mike Wallace dies at 93

CBS News legend, 60 Minutes icon Mike Wallace died last night. He died Saturday night at a care facility in New Canaan, Conn. He was 93.

Leslie Moonves, president and CEO of CBS Corporation said "It is with tremendous sadness that we mark the passing of Mike Wallace," He also said "It is with tremendous sadness that we mark the passing of Mike Wallace. His extraordinary contribution as a broadcaster is immeasurable and he has been a force within the television industry throughout its existence. His loss will be felt by all of us at CBS,".

A special program dedicated to Wallace will be broadcast on 60 Minutes next Sunday, April 15.

Levi Johnston owes thousands in child support, attorney says

Levi Johnston owes more than $38,000 in unpaid child support to former fiancee Bristol Palin, her attorney revealed Saturday. Bristol's lawyer says, Levi hasn't made a child support payment for the ex-couple's son Tripp since June 2010. Johnston hasn't made a payment in 22 straight months. According to court records, Johnston is required to pay 1,750 dollars a month.

Johnston blamed the Palins this week for trying to prevent him from seeing his son but Sarah and Todd Palin told TMZ.com "We have never hidden Tripp from Levi or discouraged Levi from spending time with him," "We're disappointed that he continues to spread falsehoods to garner media attention.

Heidi Klum divorces Seal.

The 38-year-old supermodel Heidi Klum has filed for divorce from Seal, two-and-a-half months after the pair announced their separation. The couple announced together that their separation was a mutual decision at the time of separation.

Klum cited "irreconcilable differences" in her divorce petition filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. According to documents filed by Heidi's lawyer, the couple signed a pre-nuptial agreement when they tied the knot in 2005 detailing how they would split their assets. Klum wishes to live primarily with Leni, 7½, Henry, 6½, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2, but with ample visitation and joint legal rights for Seal.
In legal paper, Klum's married name was Heidi Samuel and Seal’s name was Henry Samuel. Klum is asking to restore her maiden name, Klum, which she used professionally.

the couple said "While we enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching, we have decided to separate,".

They also said "We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart."
The couple wed in Mexico in 2005. The came in the headlines when both gradually stopped wearing wedding rings.

Gary Ross Won’t Direct The Hunger Games’ Sequel

Gary Ross reportedly exits the massively successful “The Hunger Games” franchise. Ross gave his notice to Lionsgate and won’t be helming “Catching Fire,” the second chapter in the Katniss Everdeen saga. Negotiations amid Lionsgate and the 55-year-old director have not officially  been closed. Ross and Lionsgate were finalizing contracts, but according to The Playlist, the director is not looking to repeat himself. He wants to pursue other projects.Ross is going to make a film based on an original script of his own.

Now there is a question who should direct  “Catching Fire”?  

Tila Tequila leaves rehab after completing a month of counselling.

Reality star Tila Tequila has been released from rehab after 30 days. She was hospitalized last months after an apparent breakdown that nearly resulted in her killing herself. Tequila source said "She has fully recovered, and is currently spending time with her closest family and friends," 

"She is the healthiest she's ever been and wants to thank all of her fans for their undying support while she was battling through some hard times."

 In early March, Tila was hospitalized for her substance abuse and psychological issues
